SCHEDULE SUMMARY: LAN HA BAY – CAI BAO FISHING VILLAGE – BA TRAI DAO BEACH – BRIGHT CAVE – DARK CAVE.

08h00: Our tour guide and shuttle bus will pick you up at your hotel in Cat Ba island or Daiichi Travel at No 217, 1/4 Street, Cat Ba town, Enjoy mountainous view on the way to Beo pier and start Lan Ha Bay 1 day cruise – Cat Ba boat tour.

08:30: Boat cruises off Lan Ha bay, passing by Cai Beo Fishing Village and thousands of karst towers with many unique shapes (chopstick, seals,..).

10:30: Kayak through hidden lagoons, tunnels, and archways: K.A cave and Bats cave.

12h00: Boat drops the anchor at Ong Cam islet for sumptuous traditional Vietnamese lunch. Free time to relax, swim, jump off the boat, lounge on the deck, socials, etc. 

13h30: Afterwards, boat continues to sail off Southern Ha Long bay, passing by Dau Be Island, Vung Vieng fishing village, Le Virgin arch and The Kite arch.

14:30: Relax, Swim at Ba Trai Dao Beach which is very natural, remote, quiet and less-touristy; discover the temple beach, more lagoons and arches.

16h00: Enjoy the magical sunset as the boat travels back to the harbor.

17:00: Van drops you off at the office and hotel in Cat Ba town and finish the Lan Ha Bay Vip 2 tour.

What is cancellation policy?
  • Peak Season: Running from April 1 to September 5 annually, both cruise and land tours are available during this period. For group sizes of 10 or fewer participants, cancellation made up to 3 days prior to the departure date incurs no fee. Cancellations within 1 to 3 days before departure result in a loss of 30% of the deposit, while cancellations within 1 day attract a 100% charge. Larger groups of 11 or more participants can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before departure. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the departure date result in a 50% loss of the deposit. Any cancellations made within 3 days of the departure date will incur a 100% charge. Our policies aim to provide flexibility and fairness to ensure a seamless travel experience for our valued guests.
  • Off-Peak Season: From September 6 to March 31 annually, both cruise and land tour options are available. For groups of 10 or fewer, cancellations made up to 12 hours before departure incur no fees. After this period, a 30% charge of the total cost will apply. Larger groups with 11 or more participants can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before departure. Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours before the departure time result in a forfeiture of the 30% deposit. Cancellations within 12 hours of departure incur a 50% charge of the total cost. These policies are designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness for our guests during the low season.
  • Refund Policy: Customers will receive their cancellation refund within 2 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from the date of the cancellation in accordance with the stipulated regulations. Effective from July 1, 2023, the selling price will be maintained until further notice from the company. Please note that in cases of force majeure, such as a government-imposed sea ban preventing the ship from sailing, guests will be entitled to a full 100% refund. Alternatively, We will adjust the tour schedule accordingly, prioritizing safety.
